This lovely antique Naga singing bowl is all about the sound!  It has one of the best voices we’ve come across in a bowl of this type…a really beautiful, sonorous and mellow mid octave C sharp when struck with a padded mallet or played around the rim with a ringer.  This bowl is incredibly responsive and eager to sing, and will delight you with the range of stunning overtones that can be teased out when playing the rim.

 

This is a good-looking bowl in great condition.  It also benefits from a very nice inscription just below the decorative banding on the outer rim.
