Glorious Rare 8 ½” Antique Lingam Singing Bowl – Perfect Pitch F#3

This fabulous large Antique Lingam Singing Bowl has a truly glorious pulsating perfect pitch F#3 fundamental (185Hz) with a long sustain when struck with a padded mallet.  The rim note is the same F#3 when played with a suede ringer, but changes to a high C5 (525Hz) if a wooden ringer is employed.

This rare large high-sided antique Lingam bowl has a considerable physical presence.  It has an attractive hammered surface to the outer wall, a sheared and grooved lip, a large pointed lingam surrounded by circles, and a deep navel underneath.

It is clean and structurally sound, and has a beautiful rich antique golden colour.  It comes with a Tibetan silk brocade bowl cushion, a striker and a ringer.
