This large antique Jambati Singing Bowl has an excellent third octave C fundamental (128Hz) when struck with a padded mallet or played around the rim with a suede ringer.

This superior quality bowl has a particularly nice full-bodied form with smooth walls, a triangulated lip, and decorative bands around the outer rim.  It’s an older bowl and the circles at its centre are no longer visible, having been worn away with cleaning over the years. 

This antique Jambati bowl is in good structural condition.  It has an attractive golden bronze colour and is clean and free of stains, with very light copper oxidization inside.

A Tibetan silk brocade cushion, a padded striker, and a suede ringer are all included in the price.
