Large 10 ” Antique Jambati Singing Bowl – Fabulous A3/Bb3 Voice!

This large antique Jambati Singing Bowl has a particularly lovely A3/Bb3 (226Hz) fundamental when struck with a padded mallet or played around the rim with a suede ringer.  It also has a relatively long sustain and a subtle pulse. 

This antique Jambati has a gracefully curved wall and a wide triangulated grooved lip.  There are circles at its centre and decorative bands forming a collar around the outer rim.

It is in excellent structural condition with an attractive aged patina to the outer wall.

A Tibetan silk brocade cushion, a padded striker, and a ringer are all included in the price.
