Large 11” Antique Jambati Singing Bowl – Perfect Pitch Bb2 – Half Normal Price

Antique Jambati Singing Bowl.  Bb2 (116Hz) Crown Chakra

A large 19^th century Jambati Singing Bowl with a low and sonorous perfect pitch second octave Bb voice.  It also has an excellent F4 harmonic.  This bowl will also produce fountains if played with a little water inside.

It has finely forged walls, a plain lip with decorative incised bands below the rim, and faint circles at its centre. 

The structural condition is generally excellent but it has a small flaw…a half centimeter split or tear that penetrates the wall low down at the side of the basin.  It’s barely noticeable and it is not going to travel…but it makes the bowl less than perfect.  On the other hand this bowl has an exceptionally nice perfect pitch voice, especially when struck, so if you can ignore its tiny flaw you will have a very nice singing bowl for half normal price.  A Tibetan silk brocade bowl cushion and a ringer included.
