Large Antique C4 Naga Singing Bowl – Superb Elephant, Peacock & Inscription

This large antique Naga Singing and Healing Bowl has an excellent middle C voice (266Hz) when struck with a padded mallet or played around the rim with a suede ringer.  The rim note changes to a fifth octave F (715Hz) if a wooden ringer is employed.  A double-ended teak and suede ringer is included in the price.

This antique Naga bowl is very well constructed and in excellent condition.  It features typical decorative banding below the outer rim and benefits from a fabulous and long dot-punched inscription and several animal motifs including a large elephant whose trunk appears to be spraying a bird, and a large standing peacock.
