This large Antique Jambati Singing Bowl has a lovely third octave C# fundamental (136Hz) when struck with a padded mallet or played around the rim with a suede ringer.

This is a premium quality deep-bodied bowl with finely hammered walls that are now sensually smooth. It has a triangulated grooved lip, and incised bands forming a decorative collar around the outer rim.  There are concentric circles at the centre.  

This lovely old bowl is in excellent structural condition, and it is beautifully clean and stain-free inside and out. 

A Tibetan silk brocade bowl cushion, a padded striker and a ringer are all included in the price.
