This is a large antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with a fabulous voice…a sonorous and rhythmic third octave B…with one of the longest sustains I’ve heard from this type of bowl.  The struck note and the played rim note are the same lovely low B.  This bowl will, with a little water inside, also produce rather nice fountains.

It’s an old bowl too, larger, thicker and heavier than average, and smooth inside and out.  It is is structurally sound and virtually free of stains and blemishes.

A heavy teak and suede ringer in the photograph is included in the price.

This Thadobati bowl is all about the sound!  Simply superb!
