Antique Jambati Singing Bowl.  D3 & A4 (Sacral & Third Eye Chakras)

This is a large and fabulous antique Jambati Singing Bowl with a beautiful third octave D fundamental (144/5Hz) when struck with a padded mallet or played with a suede ringer.  The rim note changes to an almost concert pitch middle A (441Hz) when played with a wooden ringer.

This heavy antique bowl has been beautifully forged with finely hammered walls, a grooved lip, circles at its centre, and well-defined decorative incised banding forming a collar around the rim.  It has some fine surface pitting inside but is clean and in excellent structural condition.  It has a an attractive bright golden bronze colour.

A Tibetan silk brocade bowl cushion, padded mallet, and a ringer are all included in the price.
