This is a medium size antique Jambati Singing Bowl with finely hammered walls, a triangulated lip, circles at its centre and decorative bands encircling the outer rim. 

 

 

The fundamental note is a lovely third octave F# (188Hz) when struck with a padded mallet or played around the rim.

 

This antique bowl is in excellent structural condition, clean and virtually free of stains and blemishes.

 

A Tibetan silk brocade cushion, a padded striker, and a ringer are all included in the price.
