This medium antique Jambati Singing Bowl has an unusually low fundamental for its size…a perfect pitch second octave G# (104Hz) when struck with a padded mallet or played around the rim with a suede ringer.  The rim note changes to a middle Eb (304Hz) if a wooden ringer is employed.

This is an older bowl with a finely forged wall and a sheered lip. There are circles at its centre and a single decorative band around the outer rim.

The condition of this bowl is excellent, with no obvious blemishes or stains…just an aged patina that could be removed if desired, although I personally prefer my bowls to look their age.

A Tibetan silk brocade cushion, a padded striker, and a suede ringer are all included in the price.
