This heavy large 12-inch Antique Jambati Singing Bowl has a middle F# fundamental (378Hz) with a nice pulse and a huge sustain when struck with a padded mallet or played around the rim with a suede ringer.

It takes the wide and relatively low flat-bottomed Jambati form and has smooth evenly forged walls, a grooved lip, circles at its centre and incised bands forming a decorative collar around the outer rim.

It is in excellent structural condition, clean and stain-free inside and out, with some light copper oxidization inside.

A Tibetan silk brocade bowl cushion, a padded striker and a ringer are all included in the price.
