Antique Lingam Singing Bowl. Note: Eb4 & A5 (Solar Plexus & Third Eye Chakras)
Weight 647 grams (1 lb 6 ¾ oz). Size 15.5 x 8 cm (6 x 3 ¼ inches)
This is a small high-sided antique Lingam Singing Bowls with an even lip, a pointed lingam at its centre and a neat matching navel or yoni underneath. Two bands of tiny cuts form a decorative collar around the outer rim.
The fundamental note is a good middle Eb (307Hz) when struck with a padded mallet or played around the rim with a suede ringer. The rim note changes to a high fifth octave A (878Hz) that is close to concert pitch with a wooden ringer.
This antique Lingam Singing Bowl is in excellent structural condition, clean, with an attractive bright golden bronze colour.
A double-ended teak and suede ringer is included in the price.
