Antique Shaman Singing Bowl.  A6 (Third Eye Chakra)

This is a rare tiny singing bowl of a type sometimes associated with shamanic medicinal preparations and rituals, although the diminutive size of this one suggests another purpose.

The fundamental note is a high sixth octave A (1756Hz) when struck, and a fifth octave Eb (629Hz) or E (651Hz) when played around the rim.  A delicate touch is required to make the rim note sing.

This interesting shallow little bowl is likely to appeal to collectors.  It is in excellent structural condition and has a purposeful feel to it and the look of antiquity.
