Small antique Lingam Singing Bowls are incredibly rare, perhaps even more so than large ones, and are highly sought after by collectors, healers and practitioners.  With a diameter of 4 ¼ inches and weighing just 280 grams this little gem is my second smallest antique Lingam, and will likely be snapped up quickly by a collector.

This little 19th century bowl is nicely proportioned and sits comfortably in the palm of the hand for playing.  It has sufficient weight to stop it spinning when playing around the rim.  it has a plain sheer lip, and the lingam at its centre is surrounded by 2 sets of circles, with a matching navel or yoni underneath.

The fundamental note is a fifth octave C5 (537Hz) when struck with a padded mallet or played around the rim with a wooden ringer.  It’s a responsive bowl and easy to play. 

It is in good structural condition, with a smooth wall, clean and stain-free, and a bright golden bronze colour.
