This small and very shallow antique singing bowl has an exceptionally fine wall that gives rise to multiple harmonics.  The struck note, or fundamental, is a third octave G# but the rim note changes from G#3 to C#5 or D5 according to the type of ringer employed, suede or wood. 

The large width to height ratio enables this bowl to sit still on the palm when playing despite its lightness.  This unusual small bowl has smooth walls inside and out, and is in excellent and clean condition.  A ringer is included in the price.
