This is a small antique Jambati singing bowl in a popular size and weight…light enough to be held and played for an extended period without tiring, yet large enough to produce a low 3^rd octave note D and Eb (150-154Hz) when struck or played around the rim with a suede ringer.  The rim note changes to A4 (452Hz) if a wooden ringer is used.  This is a nice quality bowl in good condition.  It has fine walls and typical Jambati decorative features.  A ringer is included in the price.
