This is a small 19th century antique Lingam Singing Bowl with a middle G  (394Hz) fundamental when struck or played around the rim.  It fits nicely into the palm of the hand and is easy to play with a suede or wooden ringer.

There is a neat nipple-like lingam at its centre matched by a pretty navel underneath.  It has a decorative pattern of fine cuts bordering the outer rim typical of this bowl type.

This little antique lingam has an attractive golden bronze colour and is structurally sound and clean.

A Tibetan silk brocade bowl cushion and a ringer are included in the price.
