This is a nice quality small antique Manipuri singing bowl with thick even walls and interesting decorative features inside and out.

 

The floor of this old bowl has multiple concentric circles at its centre and two bands of sun motifs (punched dots within circles).  This motif is repeated all the way around the rim too.

 

The outside of this bowl features a series of bold ritual gashes in groups of 3 and 4 below the rim, with some decorative slashes beneath.  These characteristics generally associated with older bowls.

 

The fundamental struck note is a nice forth octave F while the rim note is an excellent fifth octave B if played with a wooden ringer.

 

A Tibetan silk brocade bowl cushion and a double-ended teak and suede ringer are included in the price.
