Antique Singing Bowl.   Notes E4 & A5 (Solar Plexus & Third Eye Chakras)

This small shallow antique singing bowl is of a type sometimes used as a container by Shaman on ritual and ceremonial occasions, and although this may be its primary function it sings well.  The fifth octave A (878Hz) rim note is very close to concert pitch, while the struck note is a middle E (320Hz).

This is an old bowl with a fine wall. It is structurally sound but the circles at its slightly mounded centre are now fairly faint, having been worn smooth over the years.   It has the look and feel of antiquity.

A Tibetan silk brocade cushion and 2 small ringers are included in the price.
