Small Rare Antique Remuna Singing Bowl – Incredible C#5 (566Hz) Rim Note

A small and lovely example of this uncommon and sought-after bowl form, with fine smooth evenly-forged walls and an excellent lip.

It has a fluctuating G3 (200Hz) and G#3 (204Hz) when struck with a padded mallet, and an absolutely stunning, powerful and piercing C#5 when played around the rim…simply wonderful, and so easy to play!

It is an older bowl with its decorative incised banding now faint on the outer wall.  This bowl is in excellent structural condition, it has a beautiful golden colour and is free of stains and blemishes.

I have yet to come across a Remuna bowl that doesn’t impress with its ease of play and purity of sound…and this bowl is no exception.

A Tibetan silk brocade bowl cushion and a double-ended teak and suede ringer are included in the price.
