These two sets of antique Tibetan Tingsha have been cast in a bronze alloy and are the original matched pairs.

 

 

They both produce high sixth octave notes with harmonic overtones.   Both pieces of the slightly smaller G6 (1527Hz) are inscribed with a mantra on top.  The larger F#6 is 1492Hz.  They are supplied uncleaned as found and have an aged patina.  They would benefit from restringing in leather. 

 

Tingsha are pairs of small cymbals used in Tibetan Buddhist prayers and rituals.  They are sometimes used in meditation practices to help focus the mind.  Antique sets are now quite rare and sought-after.
