This is a large superior quality antique Naga or Pedestal Singing Bowl with a powerful middle Eb (305Hz) fundamental when struck with a padded mallet or played around the rim with a suede ringer.
It has the typical shape of this interesting and now quite rare bowl type, with multiple decorative bands around the outer rim. Thick walled and heavy, it is in excellent structural condition, and basically clean and stain-free but with an aged patina.
A very nice bowl indeed!
