Many of the bowls listed here were personally collected in the Himalayas in the late 1980s and 1990s when they were more readily available, and certainly more affordable. We were fortunate in being able to indulge our personal passion for rare antique bowls during frequent buying trips to India and Nepal to source items for our former ethnic and tribal art galleries in the UK. They were acquired for our own enjoyment and never intended for resale.

I currently make 3 one-month trips to Nepal annually to administer my charity, and hopefully source a few more exceptional bowls for my collection, but sadly, antique singing bowls of this caliber are now virtually impossible to find and rarely come onto the market.
