Unusual Antique Shaman 3-Figure Phurba (Ritual Dagger)

This extraordinary antique shaman Phurba (ritual dagger) features three large praying figures standing atop a tiny Makara and 3-sided blade with carved nagas. 

The robed figures all face outwards and are virtually identical in appearance, so it seems likely that they represent three aspects or qualities, rather than three different people.

This interesting old phurba dates from the 19th century and is in good condition, with a surface that has been refined and polished by years of handling by the shaman.    

It looks and feels special, powerful, and purposeful.
